I will definitely be making this again! I didn’t use tabasco sauce but used crushed chillies instead! Lots of flavours and the celery adds a lovely crunch to the sauce texture!! Thank you for this recipe!!
Oh and I also didn’t flambé the vodka as I didn’t trust myself to not blow my kitchen up haha!!
