It was so delicious! I used sweetcorn instead of peas in the rice to suit my 10yr old son – and he and my hubby both polished off the lot and loved it. I’ll definitely be making it again. Thank you for the yummy recipe.

Do you have a pestle and mortar? If so I would grind up the marinade in there. If not chop all the ingredients for it as small as you can get them and just mix the other bits in. Hope you enjoy! X
