Hi Laura
I honestly thought I’d sent this yonks ago! But I didn’t & you deserve to know how much we love this dish in our house . Of all your excellent recipes this is our absolute favourite, it is a regular weekend treat! I’m not a big fan of couscous so I serve it with orzo pasta, pointed of course!
Thank so much, keep them coming! X

Just making this today, I’ve turned the oven down to 100 so the meat melts in the mouth, smells and looks amazing. Thanks for another great recipe ?

We had friends over for dinner the other evening and I went middle-eastern, cooking this and the lamb meatballs. Worked really well and everyone really enjoyed the food. I hadn't used these spices before and I agree with you - they are really tasty. Thanks!

Hi Becky, it could indeed, I would make it as the recipe describes and then instead of popping in the oven put in the slower cooler for 4 hours on high x

Hi Laura.
I'm guessing this could be cooked using a slow cooker. What do you think? Any ideas on how long on low?
(Great for when you have guests but want to go out for a couple of aperitifs beforehand ?)
Thanks.
