I had most of the ingredients in my store cupboard, except for the fish sauce and kaffir lime leaves, but I don&#039;t think that detracted from the overall flavour.  Nice aromatic spices without being too hot.  My husband had his with brown basmati rice but I saved some Smartpoints by serving mine on a bed of shredded savoy cabbage instead.]]></description>
